Nikki Lightner, has been an Employee Wellness Specialist at Bryan Health for 4 years. She graduated with a Masters in Counseling from Doane College, and has been a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor for 11 years. She has experience helping people work through depression, anxiety, stress, life and relationship problems to improve their overall quality of life. She believes in being mindful and aware of the whole person, mental and physical.
