PMI Mid-Nebraska Chapter

Tough Lessons I Learned as a Project Manager

Everyone likes success. However, it’s often through the tough lessons that we can develop into better managers/leaders.  As a former project manager, Dan Moeller will share some of the tough lessons he’s learned about teams, leadership, and the value of understanding people.  If you have ever found yourself sideways with a team or team member, then this session will improve your leadership effectiveness.
